jeedbzz Platform Rules

1. General Terms & Acceptance

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the jeedbzz platform — including the website, mobile browser interface, sports betting product, live casino, slots lobby, and any associated promotional materials — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and, if registered, request account closure by contacting support@jeedbzz.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you (the registered player or visitor) and jeedbzz with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or verbal, relating to the subject matter covered here.

These Terms are written in English, which is the operative language of the jeedbzz platform. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between this English version and any translated or summarised version, the English text shall prevail.

jeedbzz operates as an online sports betting and casino platform serving the Bangladesh market. All services are provided for the personal, non-commercial recreational use of individual registered players. Any commercial exploitation, resale, redistribution, or systematic copying of content, odds data, or promotional materials from jeedbzz is strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use jeedbzz, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended account on jeedbzz under any name or identity.
• You are using the platform for your own personal, recreational enjoyment and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of a jeedbzz employee or contractor.
• You are not subject to any court order, legal restriction, or self-exclusion arrangement that prohibits participation in online gambling activities.

Age Verification Process

jeedbzz reserves the right to request proof of age and identity from any registered player at any time, and in particular before processing the first withdrawal from any account. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of funds pending resolution.

If jeedbzz discovers at any time that a registered account is held by a person under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately and permanently closed, all deposits will be returned to the source payment method, all winnings derived from play on the account will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access betting markets, casino games, and all other features of jeedbzz, you must complete the registration process and create a single player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must promptly notify jeedbzz of any changes.

One Account Rule

Each player may hold only one registered account on jeedbzz. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, different device fingerprints, or through the use of VPN or proxy services — is a serious violation of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jeedbzz reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all related bets and casino play, and forfeit all associated balances and pending bonuses.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your jeedbzz login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. jeedbzz will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Bangladesh mobile number.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access to your account immediately to support@jeedbzz.

jeedbzz accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was made possible by your failure to maintain adequate password security or by sharing your credentials with a third party.

Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to platform security and responsible gaming, jeedbzz operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All players may be required to submit identity verification documents before withdrawals are processed. KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo ID (NID or passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months), and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account).

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on jeedbzz are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jeedbzz supports instant deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment options may be made available from time to time and will be displayed in the Cashier section of your account.

Deposits

• Deposits must be made from a payment account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay number) registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer.
• jeedbzz does not charge fees for standard BDT deposits via supported mobile banking methods. Your mobile banking provider may apply their own fees, which are your responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your jeedbzz wallet in real time following successful confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 unless otherwise stated.
• Standard withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within the same business day. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• jeedbzz reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳100,000 in a calendar month.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the bonus from which those funds originate. Funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

5. Bonus & Promotion Rules

jeedbzz offers a range of bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, and loyalty rewards to registered players. All offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between the specific offer terms and these general bonus rules, the specific offer terms take precedence.

Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds and free bet credits are subject to a wagering requirement. This means you must place real-money bets totalling a specified multiple of the bonus amount (for example, 20x the bonus) before any winnings generated from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus will be clearly stated in the offer terms.

Bonus Eligibility

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players completing their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus per player, per household address, per device, and per payment method.
• Players must opt in to each applicable promotion as described in the offer terms. Bonuses are not automatically applied to all accounts.
• jeedbzz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds may only be used on the products and game types specified in the relevant offer terms. For example, some bonuses may be restricted to sports betting only and may not be used on live casino games.

Bonus Abuse

Systematic exploitation of bonuses — including but not limited to matched betting across multiple accounts, arbitrage strategies designed to lock in bonus value without genuine play risk, or the use of software to identify and exploit promotional terms — constitutes bonus abuse and is a material breach of these Terms. jeedbzz reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel pending withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings, and permanently close accounts where bonus abuse is confirmed.

VIP Loyalty Program

jeedbzz's VIP loyalty program allows registered players to accumulate loyalty points through qualifying sports bets and casino wagers. Points are converted into tier progression, with Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond tiers each carrying distinct cashback rates, withdrawal limit enhancements, and access to exclusive promotions. Full VIP program terms are published in the VIP section of your account dashboard. jeedbzz reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, point conversion rates, and tier benefits at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on jeedbzz are subject to the platform's general betting rules and the sport-specific rules applicable to each market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the relevant rules governing that market.

Bet Placement & Confirmation

A bet is considered valid and binding only when it has been accepted and confirmed by jeedbzz's betting engine, and a confirmation reference number has been issued to you. Bets that are pending or awaiting system confirmation are not binding until that confirmation is issued. jeedbzz reserves the right to refuse any bet, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

Odds & Errors

While jeedbzz makes every effort to display accurate odds at all times, pricing errors may occasionally occur due to technical issues or data feed failures. Where a bet has been accepted at a clearly incorrect or manifestly erroneous price — defined as a price that is materially inconsistent with the true market odds at the time of placement — jeedbzz reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to your account. This right is exercised reasonably and in good faith, not as a mechanism to avoid paying legitimate winnings.

In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets on BPL cricket, T20 internationals, football, basketball, and other sports are available subject to live data feeds being operational. In-play odds are updated in real time and may be temporarily suspended during key match events. A bet placed on a suspended market will be rejected. jeedbzz accepts no liability for connection interruptions or data delays that affect in-play bet placement.

Casino & Slot Game Rules

Casino games — including live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, dragon tiger, and slot titles — are governed by the rules of each individual game as defined by the game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, etc.). In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection during a casino session, the rules of the game provider apply. jeedbzz does not accept liability for losses attributable to game malfunctions beyond the stake placed on the affected game round.

7. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jeedbzz and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where any of the following is identified, jeedbzz reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the affected account(s), void all associated bets and casino play, forfeit all balances, and take any further legal or regulatory action deemed appropriate.

• Use of automated software: Employing bots, scripts, macros, or any automated program to place bets, play casino games, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to share information, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit multi-player casino games in a manner that is unfair to other participants or to the platform.
• Match-fixing & insider knowledge: Placing bets based on inside information regarding the outcome of a sporting event, or participating in any arrangement to fix or manipulate the outcome of a match or competition.
• Chargebacks & payment fraud: Initiating false or fraudulent payment disputes, chargebacks, or reversals with a payment provider after funds have been received and used on the platform.
• Account misrepresentation: Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification, or creating accounts using stolen or borrowed identity documents.
• Multiple account exploitation: Creating or operating more than one account to circumvent bonus restrictions, take advantage of multiple welcome offers, or avoid account restrictions.
• Money laundering: Using jeedbzz as a mechanism to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for any purpose other than genuine personal gaming activity.
• Harassment or abuse: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards jeedbzz staff, support agents, or other platform users through any communication channel.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

jeedbzz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any registered account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or collusion pending investigation.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant; inactivity fees of ৳200 per month may apply after the 12-month threshold.
• A player's request for self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.
• A legal or regulatory requirement to do so.

Voluntary Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your jeedbzz account at any time by contacting support@jeedbzz. Upon receiving a closure request, jeedbzz will process any eligible remaining balance (subject to KYC verification and wagering requirement compliance) and close the account within 5 business days. Voluntarily closed accounts may be eligible for reopening upon request, subject to jeedbzz's discretion and satisfactory verification.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling may be becoming a concern are strongly encouraged to use jeedbzz's self-exclusion tools. Self-exclusion options are available directly from your account settings and range from a temporary 30-day cooling-off period to a permanent self-exclusion. During any self-exclusion period, jeedbzz will not send promotional communications to the excluded player and will decline any attempt to open a new account. Effect of Account Closure

Upon closure of your account for any reason, your right to access the jeedbzz platform and all associated services terminates immediately. Any outstanding bonus funds, promotional credits, or loyalty points that have not been converted into eligible withdrawable balances will be forfeited upon closure. jeedbzz will retain your account records for a minimum of 5 years following closure as required for regulatory and audit purposes. These records are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
