• Active account data (registration information, KYC documents, transaction history): retained for the duration of your account plus a minimum of 5 years following account closure, to meet financial record-keeping and AML compliance obligations.

• Support communications: retained for 2 years from the date of the final message in the communication thread, or longer if the communication relates to an ongoing dispute.
